At 3DeVOK US every 3DeVOK US product undergoes strict quality control during production to ensure optimal performance and reliability before delivery. However, in rare cases, issues may arise. If you experience a problem, please contact 3DeVOK US Technical Support for assistance and diagnostic support.
Scope of warranty
This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only products purchased from an authorized 3DeVOK US retailer. It protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as outlined below. Proof of purchase and a valid serial number are required to obtain warranty service.
During the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts and repair tutorials, provided that:
- The product was used in accordance with its intended purpose and the user manual.
- The product was not damaged by external forces or natural disasters (e.g., lightning, flood, fire).
- The product’s casing has not been disassembled unless explicitly instructed by 3DeVOK US or an authorized partner. Unauthorized disassembly will void the warranty.
Product returns for repair or maintenance
If returning the machine is necessary:
- Machines must be shipped in their original packaging. Damage resulting from improper packaging is not covered under warranty.
- Customers are required to retain the original packaging throughout the warranty period. If the original packaging is lost, 3DeVOK US may provide a replacement box for purchase, subject to availability.
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality are not covered under this warranty.
Shipping costs:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to 3DeVOK US for warranty service.
- 3DeVOK US will cover the return shipping cost to the customer for valid repairs performed under warranty.
Warranty period
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser.
Disclaimer
This limited warranty applies only to the hardware components of the machine and excludes accessories and consumable parts.
3DeVOK US does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Damage caused by replacing software or firmware with non-approved versions
- Permanent cosmetic changes or hardware modifications made by the user
Any modification to the product—including physical alterations, unauthorized repairs, or software/firmware changes—voids this warranty.
